And life is exactly where we want to begin. Real life, made up of busy days, work, family, relationships, passions and those small moments we find for ourselves.<\/p>\n

We believe that feeling well is not about chasing an ideal of perfection, but about learning to listen to ourselves and finding our own balance, even when there never seems to be enough time.<\/p>\n

That is why in vitae<\/em><\/strong> looks at women\u2019s wellbeing as a whole, bringing together nature, scientific research, nutraceuticals and lifestyle.<\/p>\n

I was born in Rome and have worked for over twenty-five years as a systemic-relational psychotherapist. It is a professional journey that has taught me to see each person in all their complexity, considering relationships, emotions, personal history and the wider context of their life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over time, this perspective has been enriched by my interest in herbal medicine, holistic thinking and Eastern disciplines. I have explored practices such as Tai Chi and Chi Kung, which have brought me closer to an idea of wellbeing rooted in balance, awareness of the body and the connection between our physical and inner dimensions.<\/p>\n

Movement has also always played an important role in my life. I love sport, outdoor activities and everything that helps us reconnect more directly with ourselves and with nature. The sea, the countryside and the mountains are, for me, places of energy, freedom and rediscovery.<\/p>\n

Travelling is another of my great passions. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to discover cultures and traditions very different from our own, particularly outside Europe, observing with curiosity the many ways in which people understand health, self-care, nutrition and the relationship between individuals and their environment.<\/p>\n

Family, relationships and an awareness of the social dimension complete the way I look at wellbeing: not as something separate from everyday life, but as an equilibrium shaped by how we live, move, build connections and create space for ourselves.<\/p>\n

This is the perspective I bring to the world of IN VITAE: the experience I have gained from listening to people, my interest in different approaches and cultures, and the belief that science, nature and lifestyle can exist in dialogue rather than in opposition.<\/p>\n

I was born in Casablanca, where I graduated in Economics and Business Management. From the very beginning, my professional journey has taken me into international environments, where I have developed experience in commercial management, client and partner relations, and market development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, I have held roles across sales, key account management and project management, working with multinational companies and with partners across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It is a journey that has taught me the value of listening, building strong relationships and understanding different cultures and markets.<\/p>\n

Then life brought me to Italy. Here, I found a culture in which I immediately felt at home: the pleasure of sharing food, the attention to quality, the importance of family, the beauty of simple things and that distinctly Italian way of making wellbeing part of everyday life.<\/p>\n

My Moroccan roots remain an essential part of who I am. Living between two cultures has deepened my curiosity about nutrition, food, traditions and the many different ways in which people care for themselves. I love art, nature, the pleasure of living well and, above all, my family. My children are a constant source of energy and inspiration.<\/p>\n

This is what I bring to the world of IN VITAE: an international outlook, a sensitivity shaped by the meeting of different cultures, and the experience I have gained over the years in commercial development and international markets.<\/p>\n
