A Holistic Approach to Women’s Wellbeing
The in vitae team is made up of Fatima, a nutraceutical enthusiast and sales representative for the company, and Francesca, a holistic psychotherapist with decades of experience supporting women’s health and well-being. The goal is not only to offer high-quality supplements, but to develop a culture of well-being that embraces all aspects of women’s lives.
At in vitae, we firmly believe that health is a balance between body, mind and spirit, and that every woman has the right to live a full and conscious life. For this reason, alongside our supplements, we offer a series of courses and events designed to enrich and enhance this holistic approach.

Spring 2025 – In Person
Nature Deep Contact
Guided Practical Experience:
Led by Dr Francesca Pulcinelli NATURE DEEP CONTACT is an immersive experience designed to reconnect women with nature, guiding them on a journey of inner discovery through direct contact with the natural environment.
This event, held in pristine natural settings, offers a series of activities designed to awaken the senses, calm the mind, and restore a deep connection with the Earth.
Activities
Tree Hugging: An ancient practice that allows you to feel the energy and stability of nature. By hugging a tree, you can sense its calming and regenerative power, fostering a sense of grounding and security.
Barefoot Walk: Walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand is a powerful way to connect with nature and stimulate the senses. This activity helps release tension and brings you closer to the planet that supports you.
Forest Meditation: Immersed in the quiet of a forest, you will practise guided meditation, promoting a deep state of relaxation and awareness. This moment of introspection will help you find balance and serenity.
Forest Bathing: Known as “Shinrin-Yoku” in Japan, this practice involves immersing yourself in nature with all your senses. You will walk slowly through the forest, breathing deeply and taking in the sounds, smells, and sights around you. This holistic approach reduces stress, boosts mood, and strengthens the immune system.
Creating Natural Mandalas: Participants will gather natural elements such as leaves, flowers, stones, and branches to create mandalas on the ground. This activity is deeply meditative and allows for creative expression while honouring the beauty of the natural world.
Yoga in Nature: An outdoor yoga session where poses are inspired by the surrounding natural elements. Breathing fresh air and moving in harmony with the environment helps restore balance between body and mind, integrating the benefits of the practice with nature’s energy.
Raccolta e Herbal Tea Gathering and Preparation: During the event, we will explore local herbs, learning to recognise and gather them sustainably. After harvesting, we will prepare herbal teas to enjoy together during a moment of sharing and relaxation.
Intuitive Writing Workshop: After a day immersed in nature, participants will have the opportunity to reflect and write about their emotions and sensations in a journal. This intuitive writing exercise helps process the experiences and connect more deeply with the inner self.
Nature Sounds and Singing: An evening activity involving the use of natural instruments, such as drums and bells, to create a deep connection with nature through sound. Participants will join in a circle and be guided by the melody of nature, freeing their voices and harmonising with the group.
Fire Ceremony: At the end of the day, we will gather around a fire for a closing ceremony. This moment will be dedicated to reflection, gratitude, and sharing. The fire symbolises transformation and renewal, representing what each of us will take away from this deep connection with nature.
Participating in our courses and events means not only improving your physical health but also nurturing your mind and spirit, in harmony with nature and yourself.
in vitae is here to accompany you on this journey towards a fuller, more mindful life, where every aspect of your being is valued and cared for.
